After studying about Ethiopian History, we made and ate an ethiopian meal with Mema and Papa.
The chicken mixture called Doro Wat is placed on top of Injura bread and then dipped in a cottage cheese mixture called Iob.
It is eaten as pictured with everyone digging in.
It was very delicious!
